Modern Kitchen Redesign

Around Thanksgiving of 2022, Mina and her team completed a full gut/reno on our small, non-functional kitchen and turned it into an open concept masterpiece.

Part 1: The Design
I knew upfront that I needed space. I wanted double ovens, a large island, wine fridge, all smart appliances, etc.; however, I could not imagine where this would all fit. Before contacting Mina, I spent months, needlesling sketching out designs and nothing worked. I had come across her information and decided to give her a call. We scheduled an appointment, she came over, took measurements, and I provided her with the details of my requirements. I'm pretty sure she was puzzled at first, but the very next day, she had a design ready for us. We absolutely loved her creativity of using dead space and her layout. It was an immediate yes for us. She stood out to us from the other 3 GCs we interviewed for a few reasons:

• She listened to what we wanted in the design, not a generic idea or standard scope (others completely disregarded our wants).
• She took her time to ask us questions about certain items I hadn't thought through.
• She didn't randomly throw out a price before knowing what she was pricing.
• She never tried to upsell us.

Part 2: The Execution
Mina and her team were excellent communicators and always showed up when they said they would. They were respectful, clean, organized, and a pleasure to have in my home. They were quick, accurate, and went above and beyond. Mina did not sell me a dream and then walk away; she was with us every step of the way, always available, always on site, always quick to answer a question. I learned so much from her throughout the experience.

Part 3: Billing and Payment Schedules
Very straightforward billing and payments. No hidden fees. I always understood the invoices and what I was paying for and when it was due throughout the process.

Part 4: Final Day
They delivered within a very tight timeline so that I could host a very large Thanksgiving celebration. The results were well worth it. Every person who walked through the doors spent more time admiring the kitchen than any drink, meal, or pastry they had. The kitchen is absolute perfection. Since then, it has been put to great use, hosting various events, cooking our daily meals, and our family Sunday dinners. We are so grateful that in a world filled with unreliable contractors, we found Mina and she over-delivered.

All this to say, don't hesitate. If she could satisfy this Type A, you will not be disappointed. She is worth her weight in gold.
