The original bathroom is updated and a 2nd new bathroom has been carved out from unused laundry room spaces. All windows and doors replaced with high-impact.

Casa Azul

A Stylish, extensively renovated, mid-century jewel. We drew inspiration from the Oak trees around the property and it's large original-build columns. They're reminiscent of a small farm house, or hacienda. We provided a new shingle roof, impact windows and doors. The original Terrazzo flooring throughout was kept. 3 bedrooms 2 bath with pool.
