Mid-century Modern home by Architect William T. Vaughn breathes new life. In addition to interior design, a complete restoration of major structural elements was performed, including roof, wiring & electrical, plumbing, impact windows and doors, and central HVAC.

Tropical + Industrial

Complete gut-job of a 60 year-old East of Fort Lauderdale single family home. The new kitchen layout affords the occupants a total open living concept. The original bathroom is updated and a 2nd new bathroom has been carved out from unused laundry room spaces. All windows and doors replaced with high-impact.

Casa Azul

A Stylish, extensively renovated, mid-century jewel. We drew inspiration from the Oak trees around the property and it's large original-build columns. They're reminiscent of a small farm house, or hacienda. We provided a new shingle roof, impact windows and doors. The original Terrazzo flooring throughout was kept. 3 bedrooms 2 bath with pool.

Mina did a fabulous job working on my project. She helped create a layout where we could split my laundry room into a half bath and laundry room. Her and her team took care of demo, electrical, new plumbing fixtures, new tile, new cabinets, new countertop, new door, and finishing touches like casing and baseboards. In addition to that we worked on an outdoor shower, and porch tiling. The results are beautiful. Mina is incredibly professional and shows up on time and always responsive to calls, texts, and emails.
